1.Services

Severin Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services by appointment only. All services are performed at the customer’s provided location. We do not offer same-day service unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Service availability, pricing, and scope are confirmed prior to scheduling and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, location, and requested services.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing vehicle condition and service requirements.

Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, severe stains, or conditions not disclosed at the time of the request may result in a price adjustment or refusal of service.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled only after confirmation.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle and service information

  • Ensuring access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

  • Removing personal belongings prior to service

  • Providing safe and legal parking access for our service vehicle

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation.

5. Water & Power

Severin Detailing operates as a fully self-contained mobile service.

  • All water used during service is supplied from our service van

  • All electrical power is generated by equipment housed inside our van

  • Customers are not required to provide water, power, or electrical access

Our equipment is designed for safe, professional mobile operation in residential, commercial, and street-legal environments.

6. Satisfaction & Damage

We take pride in our work and aim to deliver high-quality results.

  • Any concerns must be reported immediately upon completion

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Mechanical or electrical issues

    • Fragile trim, aftermarket modifications, or worn materials

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions or defects

Our equipment is designed for safe, professional mobile operation in residential, commercial, and street-legal environments.

7. Liability Limitation

Severin Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Failure of previously damaged or defective components

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service performed.

8. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during scheduling.

Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future service.

9. Communication & SMS Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive calls and text messages related to your service request, appointment confirmations, and service updates.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase

  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

  • Biohazards

  • Inaccurate information provided at the time of booking

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
